Q: From what time is it possible to check in and check out?

A: You will be able to collect the key to your room from the reception in the Neelie Kroes hall from 14.00 hours onward on the day of arrival. When you leave, please return the key to your room to the reception before 9.00 hours. It will only be possible to check out later if this has been agreed on with the reception beforehand.

Q: Are there any of the hotel rooms smoking rooms?

A: No, all of the rooms in both hotels are no-smoking rooms.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel rooms too?

A: Free wireless Internet is available in the hotel rooms in both hotels and in the lounges.

Q: Is room service available?

A: No, neither of the hotels provide room service. If you have any questions, please contact the reception or call the Service Desk on 0346-291234.

Q: Does Nyenrode have any sports facilities?

A: Guests are welcome to use the tennis court and sports hall (which includes gym facilities). Anyone wanting to go out for a run will enjoy the 2-kilometer running circuit, which will take them through the historic part of the estate. Tennis racquets are available to borrow from the reception, where you can also buy tennis balls.

Q: Which cancellation conditions are there?

A: If you have received a confirmation of your reservation, whether with or without breakfast, the following cancellation conditions will apply: cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, 100% of the total room cost will be charged to you.

Q: How late is breakfast in the morning?

A: In the Plesman Hotel, breakfast is served from 07.30 hours to 09.00 hours.

Q: Is it possible to have lunch and/or dinner on the estate?

A: Yes, lunch and dinner are served in the Mensa and Lakei restaurants from Monday to Saturday inclusive. However, reservations are required for the Lakei restaurant. Please book a table via servicedesk@nyenrode.nl.

Q: When are the Mensa and Lakei restaurants open?

A: The Mensa restaurant is open for lunch from 11.30 hours to 13.30 hours and for dinner from 17.00 hours to 19.00 hours. The Lakei restaurant is open for lunch from 12.00 hours to 14.00 hours and for dinner from 17.00 hours to 21.00 hours. The Mensa restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday inclusive. On Saturdays, the Mensa is only open for lunch until 13.30 hours. The Lakei restaurant is open on request.

Q: Are pets allowed in the hotel?

A: No pets are allowed in the hotel.

Q: What happens if I leave something behind in the hotel room?

A: In this situation, your property will be taken to the reception. One of our receptionists will try to contact you. If they are unsuccessful, your lost property will be kept for a maximum of three months.
