Our Campus rooms

Each of the five buildings has three or four entrances and stairwells. Postma I, II, III & IV, Weijer I, II & III, Kuneman I, II &III, Klaasesz I, II & III and Philips with Roeterink I & II, Otten & Riemsdijk.

Unfurnished: Type O

Unfurnished rooms are available in the Philips, Klaasesz and Postma buildings. These rooms are the standard rooms:
– surface area varying from 18 m2 to 30 m2
– a private bathroom, with a toilet, washbasin and a shower
– smooth linoleum or PVC flooring and curtains
– students are not permitted to install any kind of small kitchen or kitchenette in this type of room. Any students renting a room on Campus will be expected to comply with the relevant regulations. These can be found in our general terms and conditions.

Furnished without a kitchenette: Type A

Furnished rooms are available in the Klaasesz and Postma buildings. The most of the rooms are double occupancy. This type of room is the same as the standard room, but also has a:
– wardrobe
– Table with two comfortable chairs
– single bed with a spring mattress, pillow and duvet
– fridge; no kitchenette

Furnished with a kitchenette; Types B, C and F

Room types B and C are available in the Weijer and Postma buildings. This type of room is rented mainly by international students and students who would find it difficult to get their own furniture to Campus. There is one difference between room types B and C: their size. Type B rooms (25m2) are slightly smaller and have a sloped ceiling than type C rooms (30m2).
Each of these rooms has a:
– bookcase
– wardrobe
– single bed with a spring mattress, pillow and duvet
– desk and chair
– a comfortable chair or sofa
– coffee table
– kitchenette with a two-plate electric hob, extractor hood, kettle and a fridge

Four family rooms (Type F) are available in the Weijer building too. This type of room is a Type B and Type C room that can be connected to each other via a communicating door. This option makes it possible for individuals to rent two rooms together at a reduced price and is available to small families or for students that want to live on Campus with their partners.
